In February 2013, Mr. Premji further transferred an additional 295.53 million equity shares, representing 12 per cent of the shares of Wipro Ltd. With this, he has cumulatively donated over 521 million equity shares of Wipro, representing 20.2 per cent of the total shareholding of the company, for philanthropy.
